Hey! I am Beth of Bernese Mountain Dogs NW.  I have had Berner kids for 18 years and started breeding in 2019.  My dogs are cheerful members of my family.  They give unconditional love, a good laugh and a reason to get outside for fresh air and sunshine: much needed respite in a world gone mad!   But let’s be real: they also eat our socks, get into the trash, and shed like crazy twice a year.  Hands down, Bernese Mountain Dogs give much more than they take and have helped me grow in patience, compassion and humor when I take the time to listen!!   

Puppy parents are AKC registered and have elbows and hips that are OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) certified normal to excellent and are entered on BernerGarde.org.  Puppies are born in the heart of our home, being constantly handled by piano pounding kids. Rear dewclaws have been removed and they will go home to you with a recent veterinary exam, dewormed, first round immunizations, preliminary kennel and puppy pad potty training, a limited AKC registration, puppy food and a puppy blankie from their mom.  

I believe Bernese Mountain Dogs are the absolute best breed there is and I hope you will, too!  However, they are not for everyone, or for every lifestyle, so please do your research, be realistic, and buy a great vacuum!  Then get ready to open your heart to a new family member and best friend!                                                                                                                                                               Warmly, Beth
